PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR: Michelle’s experience spans over two decades working with children and teens in a variety of capacities, both in and out of the educational system. She has been able to draw from her roles as a foster/adoptive parent; Guardian Ad Litem - Voices for Children; Social Skills Instructor and Anger Management Counselor; Substitute Teacher K-12; Paraprofessional III Special Education; Creator of after school enrichment programs: Stress-Less-Students, Teenie Yogini’s and Vocational Adventures; Job Coach/Intervention Specialist/Case Manager for ‘at risk’ teens; SES Tutor and District Coordinator NCLB; Childcare Resource and Referral Counselor/Family Service Specialist -ECS; Wellness Coach and Educational Consultant with Children and Family Services, OH; and volunteer Youth Mentor. Growing up in Cleveland, OH, she was immersed in the music scene and studied classical piano in her youth. Passionate about bringing Joy to children, Michelle’s Child Advocacy efforts continue via The Sounds Of Music in her efforts to support, inspire and empower young people to be and do their very best.

He has 5 International Released CD recordings and is well respected in the American Jazz and Indian music communities. He has recorded and performed and recorded with Jazz Legends such as Stanley Turrentine, Kenny Kirkland, Gerry Brown, Kenwood Dennard, Tony Thunder Smith, Fernando Saunders, plus India music masters L. Shankar, Neyvelli RadhaKrishna, Shree SundarKumar, Sanjay Chadran, Sudhir Limaye, and Rajish Bhandari.
